Divorce and Family Law Matters
In my family law practice, I handle a wide range of issues arising out of or related to divorce, including disputes involving:
- Child custody. I will help you establish and implement custody arrangements that are in the best interests of your children while protecting your rights as a parent.
- Child support. I will review any proposed support orders to ensure that they are in compliance with Florida guidelines. I will also confirm that all relevant income has been properly considered, including self-employment, seasonal and commission income.
-
Requests for modification or enforcement of existing orders. If your divorce judgment is final, but your circumstances have changed dramatically, I can help you file a motion for child custody modification or child support modification. Likewise, if your spouse is not complying with a court order, I can help you use the power of the court to enforce the divorce decree.
Other Family Law Services
I represent individuals and families in other matters, including adoptions, paternity actions, and the negotiation and implementation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In my adoption practice, I handle a lot of stepparent and grandparent adoptions, but I also counsel adoptive parents and birth parents in placement adoptions. I work with men and women in paternity disputes, helping clients establish or refute paternity and address issues involving child support and visitation.
